Free-recipe form: name, e-mail and mobile (optional), submitted voluntarily by you.

Checkout: payment data is processed directly by Stripe (never transits or is stored on our servers). From Stripe we only receive payment confirmation (transaction ID, amount, currency, receipt e-mail).

Language preference: saved in your browser's local storage only if you accept this notice.

Visitor IP: used in real time to detect the country and offer the appropriate language. We do not store the IP nor associate it with your identity.

Send the requested free recipe and related communications (basis: consent).

Process and confirm your purchase (basis: performance of a contract).

Comply with tax and accounting obligations (basis: legal obligation).

Improve the experience through language detection (basis: legitimate interest, with no identifiable data stored).

We share your data only with strictly necessary providers: Stripe (payment processing, US/EU, PCI-DSS certified), self-hosted n8n (internal e-mail and workflow orchestration), and transactional e-mail providers. We do not sell your data to third parties.

You may at any time request: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and (CCPA) opt-out of sale (we do not sell data). You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Write to the e-mail listed — we respond within 30 days.

Lead data (free form) is kept active while you wish to receive communications — you can request removal at any time. Purchase data is retained for the period legally required for tax purposes.

We do not use tracking cookies. The only item saved in your browser is your language preference, and only if you accept this notice. You may revoke it at any time by clearing site storage.

Lifetime access to a digital recipe pack (PDFs, shopping lists, and related materials), delivered by e-mail after payment confirmation. No physical delivery.

The displayed price includes applicable taxes when indicated. Payment is processed by Stripe, with methods available for your region (card, Apple/Google Pay — varies by locale).

We offer an unconditional 7-day refund from purchase, no justification required. EU customers additionally have the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Request a refund by writing to the contact e-mail.

All content (recipes, texts, images, illustrations of the characters Brocolício, Florinda and Mr. Gula) is owned by NCS. You may use it for personal consumption. Redistribution, resale or public sharing without written authorization is prohibited.

The content is informational and culinary. It does not replace medical or nutritional advice. In case of dietary restrictions, pregnancy or clinical conditions, consult a qualified professional before adopting any meal plan.

We may update these Terms to reflect product or legal changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the last-updated date indicated.
